October 2022 - Ongoing
EV7 (2025-2026)
- Co-lead for the roll hoops and jackbar subsystem, leading their design and manufacturing with a team of 5
EV6 (2024-2025)
- In charge of the vehicle's front and main roll hoops with a team of 3, improving upon last year's design and to fit within new design constraints due to a new driver seating position
- Designed and built various electrical enclosures featured on the car

EV6 at Michigan International Speedway

EV5 (2023-2024)
- Researched methods to produce a female mold used for carbon fiber vacuum infusion
- Along with a team of 4, designed the main roll hoop of the vehicle using SolidWorks, which protects the driver in the event of a roll-over
- To meet component design standards and ensure driver safety, a safety analysis spreadsheet (SES) provided by Formula SAE was used to ensure all parts were equivalent or surpassed the standard
- Conducted FEA using SolidWorks, as well as Ansys for carbon fiber monocoque simulations
- Drafted various engineering drawings for parts
- Manufactured various steel-tube components for roll hoops and suspension
- Aided in the manufacturing and vacuum infusion of the carbon fiber monocoque chassis
- Designed all electrical button mounts featured on the main roll hoop

EV4 (2022-2023)

Manufacturing
- Aided in manufacturing the chassis: shaping and prepping the foam and hardpoints, cutting and placing carbon fiber sheets in orientations that optimize strength when under load, bagging and vacuum infusion of the chassis
- Polished the chassis cut-outs and drilled additional holes for mounting other components
- Bored-out holes in aluminum parts to allow for a press fit
